Current Projects
Here are just a few of the projects we are currently working on across the Yorkshire Region. Our reach covers the whole of Yorkshire and the scale of our projects ranges in size from a single executive home to new settlements and everything in-between, in all with the potential to deliver in excess of 3,500 new homes across the Region and a GDV in excess of £500million.

Outgang Lane, Pickering
Yorkshire Land is promoting its 8 acre site through the North Yorkshire Local Plan as a housing allocation for over 100 new homes to meet ongoing and future housing needs in the Town of Pickering, North Yorkshire

Station Road, South Otterington
Yorkshire Land purchased this 2 acre site in the village of South Otterington, North Yorkshire and is actively progressing proposals for its re-development.

100+ Acres of land, Barnsley
Yorkshire Land control in excess of 100 acres of land across the Barnsley District, which the company is pursuing for development through the appropriate channels

Garden Village, South Yorkshire
Yorkshire Land is currently pursuing proposals for a new Garden Village with the capacity to accommodate 2500+ new homes, to help meet housing needs in the South Yorkshire Region over the coming decades.
